If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund. We offer returnlabels for orders that have been placed within the BENELUX (Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg).

Return requirements
The following conditions apply to returning your purchase so we can process it as quickly as possible:

• The return shipment includes original packaging and enclosed return form
• All items are unwashed, undamaged and unworn
• All items are clean and complete
• All items are packed in their original and undamaged packaging
• All original labels and tags are still attached to all items.

Hand in the return shipment at the nearest DHL Parcelshop.

Refund
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order, within 7 days after receipt. For returns within the BENELUX, the processing costs of €2,95 will be deducted.
