SALES ASSOCIATE

BRANDSTORE AMSTERDAM

We're looking for an energetic sales associate to join our team in Amsterdam.

Mercer is looking for a talented and passionate English and Dutch speaking all round sales associate to work in our brand-store in the heart of De Pijp in Amsterdam.

ABOUT MERCER

Mercer is a brand-leader in high-end sustainability, it was founded in 2013 in Amsterdam. We design apparel, footwear and accessories - all in-house in Amsterdam. We sell in high-end department stores, luxury boutiques and as of recent; in our own brand store in De Pijp. 

Mercer’s HQ and brand store is situated in the heart of Amsterdam in our home in De Pijp.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Generate sales and help our customers that form our community
• Delivering a high standard customer service
• Introducing and boosting the latest collections
• Replenishing the shop floor and support on delivery days

ABOUT YOU

• A creative self-starter: we are looking for someone who takes initiative and is able to work independently in a small team environment.
• You are enthusiastic, motivated and willing to learn; you will get the chance to make your mark in a young company with a lot of opportunity for personal growth
• You think in terms of solutions, not in problems
• You possess strong verbal communication skills, fluent in English and Dutch
• You have affinity with fashion
